“I booked this stay last minute and immediately tried to cancel it but Bergen Guesthouse does not accept cancellations. The property is close to the city center, inexpensive and newly - in progress - renovated. However, the walls are paper thin, the rooms lack comfort (our window didn’t close properly, only a ceiling light, no bedside lights, the power outlets didn’t work properly, no TV, no mirror). One full bath and one out of order bathroom to share between 4 rooms on the level we stayed.……

“In summary one of the poorest hotel quality I can get for the last 10 years. We booked the deluxe twin bed room for 3 nights in Bergen. Whilst it says deluxe it’s actually two tiny beds which is surely not a standard single bed. We picked the hotel due to its location but actually there are plenty of better choices. First of all we took over 20 hours to get to Bergen and desperate for a good rest. We were woke up by heavy rock music at 2am in the morning. Then the music lasted till around 4 am……

“Close to city centre, Self check in is easy to use; Although no staff, they can provide luggage storage at the kiosk; The size of room is enough and bathroom is good. ”

“Staff is helpful and nice. Had a good stay in Bergen. But the Wi-fi network is not working and the room light is too dim for me.”

“Great view and very clean and has a washing machine. A lot of space and had all the cooking pots and pans and dishes. It is on a steep hill so don’t bring a big suitcase”

“非常滿意。酒店鄰近中央火車站，輕軋站及機場巴士站，交通便利；卑爾根主要景點步行數分鐘可達。入住的3人房很大，明亮寬敞，空間感十足。早餐食物選擇頗多，也很美味。最讚的是：退房後遇上大雨，我們留在酒店大堂小休，有自取免費咖啡供應。”

“the location is good, walking distance to most of the sight seeing area. The room is small and not very clean. Dont go to the sea food market, it is for tourist , they charge us over price for the crab. ”

“Charming spot, close to the action in Bergen. A bit noisy on the weekend. Room was nice but I should have booked a bigger one!”
