Brilliant central location (just minutes from the final light rail stop from the airport) and great value. Slightly strange in that there is a self check in (no reception) but all went smoothly. You need to remember to lock your door with your key when you leave.

It's only a hotel room, nothing else. The location is good. Directly across the street is a bakery for small breakfasts. The hotel is on top of a mall with a grocery store that's open until late. The room was overall good, but it was only cleaned every other or every third day.

The hotel staff were amazing! There was a min up with my reservation but they accommodated me. Their warmth, help and kindness added so much to my stay in Bergen. They provided lots of advice. Only this is, shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided but I had my own.

Given the corporate size and reputation of the Radisson group we were surprised and disappointed that our standard room with a queen bed did not come with a mini fridge or proper glass ware and coffee/tea mugs. Only poor quality paper cups were provided and the instant coffee and creamers provided were of poor quality. There were not enough clothes hangers provided for two people to use over a five night stay and no iron or ironing board. No hair conditioner or body lotion was provided and there was no box of tissue. The daily housekeeping requested was OK for making the beds but little attention was paid to replenishing the instant coffee etc. in a consistent way. Further, our room was not made up as requested for our last day and night stay.

Clean comfortable room, very convenient for local transport, reasonable price value given the destination. Flaws in self check in concept resulting in me not receiving key safe codes by email, requiring telephone calls to help desk, who were quite helpful, also none operation of some room lights and sockets only remedied by housekeeping staff on second day

Sehr gute Lage, richtig zentral, alles Wichtige gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist im 5. und 6. Stock eines Einkaufszentrums. Draußen sieht es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aus, aber drinnen alles modern und schön ausgestattet. Bett unglaublich bequem! :) Leider macht eine Glastür zum Bad die Verdunklung des Zimmers zunichte... Für mich ein echtes Problem, also lieber Schlafmaske mitbringen... die Nächte in Bergen sind hell. Am Anfang hatte ich ein paar Probleme mit der Kommunikation, wegen Check in und Gepäckaufbewahrung, aber alles wurde schnell und gut gelöst. Gute Möglichkeiten, in einem Partnerhotel (ca. 300 Meter entfernt) gutes Frühstück (Buffet) zu bekommen. Es kostet 250 NOK, und das ist für die norwegischen Verhältnisse sehr preiswert.

The property is centrally located and in walking distance to everything (public transport, taxi stands, various shopping centres, restaurants, caffes, fish market, etc). That was the big plus. The points for improvement are: 1- the checking process is terrible. The codes I got to checkin were for a device that was out of order. Lucky for us we areived during the day. So, I called the sister hotel and they gave me the codes to get the room keys. However, a friend of mine who arrived after 2 am could not get in as noone picked up the phone and had to book to another hotel. 2- the other point of improvement is the bathroom- it is tiny and it gets very wet after taking a shower. 3- the carpet in the room looks like its best days are over. It is an ok hotel for 1 night stay. More than that perhaps consider staying at the sister hotel.

Despite having a key code could not get key. No reception had to find another hotel who could check you in, insane system. This was at 1600. In the room large hole stuffed with cardboard where I guess a fan should be. Shower head could not stay up, fell off bruising my foot. Hotel clearly has no staff or maintenance. Exceptionally poor.
