“We were assigned an accessible room during our stay. While the bathroom was quite spacious, it was highly inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang clothes, and the sink was extremely narrow. Additionally, there were some issues with the lighting; the room was poorly lit, and the spherical lamp next to the bed kept flickering. On the positive side, the room offered a very open and lovely view, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast selection was also extensive and of good quality.”

“The room is just that...a very very small room...only place to put luggage is spread out on the floor...bed had walls on three sides with the tv hanging on the wall above your feet quite literally...it only had apps on it -no channels-and you have to sign in to your own accounts but not that many apps...no table ..window does not open and looks out on bare cement...when you get out of bed you will step on your luggage..bathroom has one towel and nothing else..so small that the extremely small……

“The first stay was fine, but the second one was disappointing. There were no towels in the room, and it wasn't well set up. When we tried to use the hair dryer after showering, it exploded with sparks, and the power went out. We went to the reception for assistance; they helped restore the lights but didn’t have a spare hair dryer to lend us. We ended up going to bed with wet hair.”
