The room was clean. There was no hot water in the morning. Something in the bathroom (hot water heater??) was leaking. When had the shower running to try and get hot water, it leaked out of the stall. Soap dispenser was basically empty. Location has conveniences but was a little less than safe feeling. Bad smell in the hallway of our floor. Would not stay again.

地理位置不错，但是明明在booking上面的订单取消了，在其他平台预定的，booking上面他们竟然私自扣款，疑似盗刷，酒店前台服务态度真一般，印度佬，搞得我入住前打电话回国挂失信用卡，哎。。。。。，去到又说会退还，几天过去了，也不知道退还没有，欧洲住了那么多酒店，这是最差的一次体验。酒店卫生也一搬搬，不太推荐。

位置很好，旁边就是博物馆，走路10分钟到港口，原本以为很low的酒店公寓，没想到还不错，前台服务很亲切，停车要收费，非常贵，我们是停在路口的停车位，免费的。

Nice room with good price. the location is good and close to a park. the staff are quite friendly and helpful. only one "not very good" experience was that, when we entered the first room, for sure the previous customer smoked A LOT, IN THE ROOM! it is really strange because it is strictly forbidden in Norway to smoke any place inside plus "non-smoking" is clearly mentioned on the door. the good thing is when I explained this to the reception, they immediately change another room for us. Overall it was a good stay!

Clean, basic hotel. Sound proof is an issue.

The hotel is located a little away from the center. You can get around easily by subway (Tøyen station). The station is only 5, 10 minutes away from the hotel. Taxi is super expensive in Oslo. The meter is ticking every second. So, don't recommend this hotel if you don't wanna figure out public transit. Sound proof is not very good. You will hear people walk upstairs or outside. But otherwise, the hotel is clean though very very basic. (Think there's not every fridge or closet in my room)

Well, the economy room is really economy. It is small and feels very cold and not like a place where you want to be much longer than necessary. No pictures, no colors, no decoration. Not much to feel comfortable. Bed was fine. There is also no AC, but a fan in the room to get some fresh air. It is also very loud; busy street on the window side, but even worse the heavy doors in the hotel, which are closing very loudly. TV was not working at all, which I normally not use, but during World Cup it would have been nice. Also WIFI connection was very poor in the room. Room was clean. What is nice, is the hotel lobby. That really looks good and you feel welcomed there. But this impression already stops at the elevator. Nice: You get some free water and coffee at the entrance. Also good it the location close to metro Toyen, which is part of the ring, so you have a good connection to the center. Overall, I would not book this room again.

When I arrived back at the hotel the door was locked and no staff were to be seen. I waited for 45 minutes until someone came and opened the front door to the building. No code was given to access the building during night hours. When I informed front desk they were unsympathetic and said we should have only waited 10 minutes. Ridiculous to pay for a hotel and be unable to come and go as you please.

The front desk staff were quite helpful. Free coffee was excellent. Proximity to TOYEN metro and to "Clean Cocos" laundromat are major pluses. Uber / Bolt rides may decline pickup from Hotel for a drop to Central (too close and fare is low). Metro is a great way to get around. Visit "Hand Bakt" about 300 mètres from the hotel on the same road for freshly baked products. Would definitely stay here again.

Les lits sont doubles, mais avec une séparation au milieu ... et une seule couette ainsi qu’un seul oreiller n’est fourni. Cela n’est pas un « très grand lit double » comme inscrit sur le site. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclu et assez cher (15€) pour un très petit choix ! Il manque des œufs brouillés, du bacon, etc. Sinon le reste est correct, le restaurant très bon.

Squeaky beds in oddly shaped room

We booked a room for three. It was really inconvenient. One person ended up climbing over a bed and a table to go to her bed. Two of us checked out early. We told The portier that one of us picks up some things before noon. She was asked how she got the key-card and was refused to let to go to the room. I like Tøyen a lot, but will not stay there anymore.

Very rude and hostile security guards, stalking...

The front desk guy was very nice to us. But at night, coming back from dinner, there was a security guard check point with an extremely rude security guard. He harassed us on the way in because we were happy, smiling and laughing. Asking us “what’s so funny” in a mean intimidating way. Later that night he knocked on the door and admitted he was listening to us for 10 mins and told us to be quiet. We weren’t even being loud, We were only talking and played a YouTube video on the computer, not even on the TV. He complained and said to us “this is my hotel, not your hotel. If I come back I will kick you out. . .This made me never want to stay at this place again. Who wants to pay money to be treated like a trespassing criminal. This place is not worth the discount. I will never go to this place again because of this security situation. The security is terrible...

Bra service!!

Meget god service og hyggelige ansatte, Små rom, med bitteliten kjøkkenkrok. Støv og møkk i hjørner (bak de tunge gardinene) masse svart trafikkstøv rundt vinduer og på overflater man sjeldent bruker,tyder på sjelden rengjøring av annet enn det "daglige". Ellers fornøyd med oppholdet for den prisen!
