「The laundry service was very popular that we have no chance to use it. Have to improve the facility efficiency so that more customers can enjoy the service. But, the location of hotel is really very convenient. The cleaning will be made every 4 nights stay, if it can be change to every 3 nights or even 2 nights, it would be much much better.」

「Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place」

「The room is spacious. However, it only offers 1 cup in total for each person. Making it difficult to separate brushing and drinking. Also, the room is dark in general. The toilet’s ventilation is poor. 」

「We have booked a two bedroom suite for our two nights in Tromsø. We were told that we have been updated to a three bedroom suite when we checked in. When the hotel staff took us to the room we realise it is actually an apartment close to 1km away from the hotel with various slopes we immediately realise that there will be issues when we check out as two of us are carrying four heavy luggages. The hotel staff at that time said they will help us with luggage when we checked out as we needed to...

「Au vu du prix, la première chambre était tout à fait correcte. Mais après un deuxième passage une semaine plus tard, nous avons eu une chambre sous le toit, donc difficile de se lever sans se cogner la tête. Les lumières n'étaient pas adaptées pour lire au lit et surtout la chasse d'eau coulait en permanence. Pas de changement de chambre possible et pas de nouvelles du manager comme promis. Nous attendons toujours.」
