Room clean and bed comfortable. No one on reception when we arrived to book us in. No restaurant in the hotel serving normal food except a very expensive Japanese one. Breakfast choice good except served in a room with very subdued lighting. Left a scarf in the room when we left, contacted hotel but they did not reply.

The hotel itself is in a good location to the hussle and bustle of the city centre but far enough out to be slightly quieter. The breakfast chefs and waiters were attentative and kind. The breakfast was exceptional with a large variety of food on offer and I especially enjoyed the made to order omelettes. The rooms were in a clean condition with a modern feel but good lighting and pannelling. The robes they provided were incredible and I was happy to lounge in them. Additionally, the soaps and bathroom products provided were nice to use and a sophisticated touch. We only had two issues, one being that one of the side lamps did not work properly although this is a minor aspect. I had seen a previous review mentioning the room door not locking well and this was true. You have to make sure that you use the keycard once you leave to make sure it is locked, and once you enter ensure that you turn the lock otherwise the handle can open the door from the outside without issue. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very nice. The location is convenience to both railway station and the sightseeing points. The breakfast is very delicious. The problem is that one of the connecting room is noisy sometimes during night time.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had a corner suite. The beds were comfortable (even is quite low down). Communal areas very clean and modern looking. Dining room was a bit dark, but we sat in the conservatory bit at the end which was much brighter. We especially liked the omelettes which were freshly cooked to order.
