「Das Apartment war super schön eingerichtet, alles noch sehr neu. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war top. Kurzer Weg zu den ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft war auch direkt in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment immer wieder buchen.」

「整体房间很大，有阳台，面对河和山，很漂亮。是一次很好的体验。就是晚上入住如果超过九点办理，每小时要付200挪威克朗，超过11点每小时400克朗。小伙伴注意了。还有hotels上的价格并不包含清洁费，所以还要额外付25%的清洁费。」

「我們在晚上八點前到達，取了房間才發覺欠一份床上用品(只有梳化床)，需要走一轉到服務台。退房需要自行收拾床上用品和包垃圾，但是，沒有告訴收集垃圾的位置。屋內的暖爐好好，廚房也好。對於我們只是用作渡過一個晚上是可接受的。」

「The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. 」

「This property worked well for the 4 of us (ages 65-72) who stayed for a week. We appreciated the space to store our luggage before our check-in. Kristin was helpful when we had questions. The location was great. Our only very minor criticism is that we wished we had been left more towels. We had a great time in Bergen!」

「Great stay and apartment. Very well coordinated management. Slightly earlier warning re availability of luggage storage would have saved me a few bucks but otherwise I couldn’t complain at all. 「The apartment is located at a slope while the outside of the road is not really clean and some rubbish were spread over on the road that perhaps the risbiish bin was full Meanwhile, it should be specified clearly that there’re no lift available so to let the customer consider whether we should book the apartment at top floor (3rd floor). It was challenging to bring four big luggage up the stairs!! I have never had experience when I booked at hotel.com that there are rules from the hotel that...

「We really thought this apartment was very cute! Easy check in. Close enough to transportation and to walk where we wanted to walk.」

「Hadde leilighet nr 1 i første etasje. Enkelt med inn/ utsjekk. God plass, 3 soverom med dobbeltsenger, 2 boder i tilknytning til 2 av soveromma. Det eine soverommet, pluss bod, er i kjeller, trapp innvendig. Det er ventilasjonsanlegg i kjeller, derfor luftig og fint der og. Spisebord med 6 stoler. Godt utstyrt kjøkken. Veldig reint og fint. Stille og rolig nabolag når vi var der. Litt vanskelig med parkering rett ved, men det er ikkje så altfor langt til parkeringshus. Det er og mulig å parkere...

「Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment...

"The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
