「I wish I had known that our room was on the 5th floor, attic apartment with a sloped roof. I'm tall and could only stand upright in the center of the room. I also wish I had paid attention that there was no elevator. The whole building has been beautifully renovated, but the apartment on the top floor does not look like the photos, because of the sloped roof. I appreciated the washer and dryer though. And the location near the ferry and the historic part of town was convenient. 」

「Logement bien placé, proche du port et de toutes commodités pour y accéder à pied. Mais le ménage n’est vraiment pas irréprochable, le plan de travail était légèrement sale, des toiles d’araignées présentes dans les combles. Pour le prix c’est ok mais il ne faudrait pas payer plus chère. 」

「The apartment is located at a slope while the outside of the road is not really clean and some rubbish were spread over on the road that perhaps the risbiish bin was full Meanwhile, it should be specified clearly that there’re no lift available so to let the customer consider whether we should book the apartment at top floor (3rd floor). It was challenging to bring four big luggage up the stairs!! I have never had experience when I booked at hotel.com that there are rules from the hotel that...
