Enjoy the perfect holiday in our bright 40m2 maisonette, located near a lovely public park with a pond. Enjoy the serene and relaxing environment before heading into Bergerac to appreciate the history and architecture of this charming town, along with the trendy shops and delicious restaurants. At the end of a wonderful day, soak up the sun in your private furnished garden area! Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Drift to sleep in the cozy 2 BEDROOM house. Upstairs, there is a Master Bedroom featuring a cozy Double bed. The second bedroom contains either 2 Single beds or a Bunk bed. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living area which can accommodate additional guests.

Get ready for your day in our 1 BATHROOM. Bedroom and bathroom linens are included! Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry facilities (prices available on-site).

After a day of exploring the city, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the couch and watch your favourite movie on the TV (which may only offer French channels). Connect with loved ones back home, courtesy of the Wi-Fi, available for an additional charge (prices available on-site). In the early evening, step out onto the private balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave/grill, and a dishwasher. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. Rent a raclette grill, fondue equipment, or an electric BBQ for your unit and make a delicious meal for your group.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent services and amenities at the Residence Le Clos des Vignes, where this split-level house is conveniently located! These include access to the games area with table tennis, the on-site fitness area, and the shared pool. If you're travelling by car, there is free parking available on-site (subject to availability).

Please let us know if you would like to bring your pet and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night/pet for stays up to 5 nights or €39 for stays of 6 nights or more. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Guests are requested to clean their apartment prior to departure. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for €65. Beds made on arrival are available for €40. Beds made on arrival plus end-of-stay cleaning is available for €100. If the apartment is not left clean, a cleaning penalty of €55–80 will be charged. Mid-stay cleaning is available (see on site).

Bed linen and towels are included. Extra change: sheets €9/person, towels €9/kit.

Breakfast: continental breakfast is available for €10/adult and €5.50/child (3–10 years).

Sauna: €10 per session or €45 for 5 sessions. 1 free session per accommodation per week.

Baby bed or chair: €5/day or €15/stay. Baby kit (bed + chair): €7/day or €25/stay (subject to availability, request at booking).

A fully-refundable damage deposit of €400 will be collected upon arrival.

A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
