“Not very clean, kitchen wares were super dirty, first stove did not even work so we had to change rooms. Had rugs in the room with lots of dirt. Everything was dusted, and weird stains in curtains and sheets.”

“Accommodatie was schoon, compleet en ruim genoeg. Locatie ligt in een iets mindere wijk, maar aan de overzijde is een treinstation waar je met de trein naar het centrum kunt. Daar kun je ook een berlin card kopen voor een paar dagen zodat je onbeperkt met alle vervoersmiddelen kunt reizen. Om de hoek is ook een supermarkt en een koffiebar. Je krijgt vooraf per e-mailbericht een code om in het gebouw en in de kamer te komen. Werkt perfect.”

“The hotel, well located, quiet, good cleanliness and fluid communication by chat; but the comfort of the sofa bed for an adult, terrible, it was broken and it was impossible to rest well there, the air conditioning did not work and they left us some fans, therefore and in view of the inconvenience they could have offered compensation; they only settled for offering us the fans and patching the base of the sofa bed.
