「Vom Empfang bis zum Auschecken alles hervorragend geklappt. Gratis Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Und dann mit der S-Bahn in 20 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Auch für einen Städtetrip geeignetes Hotel, wenn man nicht mitten drin wohnen will.
Geniales Frühstückbuffet mit allem was man sich wünscht (frischer Orangensaft, Spiegeleier usw.).
Alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, hier ist der Gast wirklich willkommen.
Ein Hotel dass man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen kann.

I stayed here for a week while visiting my son in Bonn and was blown away by the care the owners put into running it. They handle everything themselves—front desk, cleaning, breakfast—and go out of their way to help with directions, recommendations, and anything else you might need.

Starting with the positives:
Firstly, the room’s amenities were quite good, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival.
Secondly, the guesthouse is located close to Bonn’s city center.
However, there were a few challenges:
First, upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us, so we were unsure how to enter. Thankfully, another guest helped us enter the building and our room.
Second, we had to park quite a distance away and carry our luggage...
