From a large balcony (10 square meters, from east to south to west) there is a wide, unobstructed view of Bergün the Graubündner mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly vis-à-vis. A garden place at the house is available for general use. The walk to the town center with bakery and supermarket is 5 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. In 50 m distance to the apartment is the outdoor pool with a beautiful lawn. The lovingly furnished apartment is designed with laminate flooring and consists of a bright living/dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (bath with shower) with toilet. The new fitted kitchen has an electric hob with induction hob, and a refrigerator with three star freezer and is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar. A compact hi-fi system with radio with CD player is available. (Please bring aux-cable for the connection of smartphones.) Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you want to bring a pet, please ask us beforehand.

Von einem großen Balkon (umlaufend 10 qm, von Ost über Süd bis West) besteht eine weite, unverbaute Sicht auf Bergün die Graubündner Berge mit dem majestätischen Piz Ela direkt vis-à-vis. Ein Gartenplatz am Haus steht für die allgemeine Benutzung zur Verfügung. Der Fußweg zur Ortsmitte mit Bäckerei, Supermarkt und Hoflädlis beträgt 5 Minuten. Zum Bahnhof sind es 10 Gehminuten. In 50 m Entfernung zur Wohnung liegt das Freibad mit Liegewiese. In 200 m Fußweg gelangen Sie zum Kurhaus Bergün mit Wellness-/Spa-Bereich. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist mit Laminatfußboden ausgelegt und besteht aus einem hellen Wohn-/Essraum (mit Doppelschlafcouch), einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett plus einem Stockbett, einer Einbauküche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne (Dusche) und WC. Die kleine moderne Einbauküche ist ausgestattet mit einem Elektroherd mit Induktionskochfeld, einem Kühlschrank mit Drei-Sterne-Gefrierfach und mit dem Meisten, was man zum Kochen braucht. WLAN sowie eine kompakte HiFi-Anlage mit Radio und CD-Spieler sind vorhanden. (Aux-Kabel für den Anschluss von Smartphones bitte mitbringen.) Abstellmöglichkeiten für Wintersportgeräte befinden sich im geräumigen Skikeller. Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nur in besonderen Ausnahmefällen erlaubt. Falls Sie ein Haustier mitbringen wollen, so bitten wir Sie, dies vorher mit uns abzustimmen.
