Here, you can visit and relax in the centuries-old historic baths in Berkeley Springs State Park, fed by the famed warmed springs. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen ready to make your favorite meals, the modern dining room, the cozy living room, and the lovely patio, screen porch, and backyard with a Hot tub! Enjoy the fenced-in yard and the lovely downtown Berkeley Springs, just a few blocks away!

Aunt Bea's location is perfect for roaming through town and stopping at all of the shops and locally owned restaurants. Family-friendly attractions both inside and out add to the appeal of spas, shops, fine dining, and arts activities. Make your reservation today!

Girls Retreat
Beautiful house and we’ll equipped kitchen. The hot tub was great and beds were comfy. My only suggestions would be to have some extra blankets in the bedroom closets and a thick mat in the tub as the bottom had a sort of ditch in the middle making it uneven. All in all we really enjoyed the house.

Beautiful Home!
Aunt Beas is conveniently located to everything Berkeley Springs has to offer. The house is beautifully furnished, spacious and very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was a nice perk after a chilly day sightseeing, it even snowed a bit while we were relaxing. Overall I would definitely recommend Aunt Bea's, it was perfect for our girl's weekend.
