“Outstanding property!”

“The apartment was spotless ”

“The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached……

“1. The hostel is located in an ordinary old house, with old furniture and thin walls. 2. You will be charged an additional $100 as insurance to ensure that you do not break their old furniture. 3. There is no parking, If you arrive in the evening, you won't find a place for your car. 4. It was cold . A/ C works very bad. 5. I was charged sum, which is more than the cost of a motel with its own toilet, shower, large parking lot, and air conditioning.”

“The bed is not comfortable, gives back pain. The towels are stinky. It's a pet friendly rental. They charged us pricey pet fee for bring our dog, then retained our security deposit when we checked out, stating that they found hair in the apartment. What? Dogs have hair in nature. We followed their guidelines not having our dog jump onto any beds and furniture. We brought our own dog bed and our dog slept there. Our dog did not have any accident, did not break anything, did not bark……

“The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and……

“Walked into the door and BAM! Husband and started having breathing problems. My face started swelling and itching I have barely non existent allergies and previous history of asthma. It smelled so bad and perfume and scented cleaners. Walked into the unit. Dirty all over the inside of the front door. It’s literally a room with a bed. There is NO bathroom door. Just a weird plastic half door. Soap bubbling at the bottom of the sink. Mold on the baseboards. Had to relocate immediately in order……
