“This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. We look forward to returning there again! ”

“This is one of the best hosted VRBOs that I have stayed in. It is not necessarily the most updated interior, but the quality of the hosting far out-shadows the vintage kitchen. There were thoughtful touches everywhere -- good quality local coffee and half and half in the refrigerator, ample plugs for phone/smart watch chargers in the bedrooms, storage units for toiletries in the bathroom, and more. It is clear that Michael has given careful thought to what is needed for a comfortable stay -- and……

“We had a great stay! The apartment is above a detached garage and it was very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning unit is in the one bedroom, so we had to keep the doors open at night to cool down the whole apartment, but that didn’t bother us. There was a cute little balcony with a table and chairs with a beautiful view. We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer!”

“My Daughter and I visited the area to tour Cornell University, Ithaca College, and to visit the area. We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. We booked to return in November for a follow up……
