Incredible Bayfront Home with Amazing Sunsets! A warm home with lots of space

A very warm home for three couples or a family of 6 or less. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. Nice open floor plan from kitchen to eating area to TV family room. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Grill on deck. Three TVs: family room, master bedroom and upstairs loft. Lovely UNADVERTISED space includes a loft area to chill and watch movies or read a book. The added upstairs area must be self cleaned as the cleaner will not clean the upstairs. The beds are not for sleeping due to the Worcester County laws of not having the bedrooms divided by a wall.
Beautiful screened in porch along with an open deck that looks out on the water with beautiful sunsets. Outside deck is nice and large and is perfect for dining.
Bicycles and Kayaks are available along with helmets and life vests. Please rinse off the kayaks if used. It's a little tricky get in and out of them from the lagoon.
Lots of restaurants within the neighborhood including the Yacht Club, Southgate Grill, Southside deli, The Public House etc. Ocean Downs Casino is nearby on the bayside if you want to venture out for a fun night. Of course, many wonderful restaurants in Ocean City and Berlin.
Ocean Pines Association offers day or weekly passes for the Ocean Club and pool.
