I am totally sorry for that terrible handling of your complaint yesterday.It was the first shift of the young receptionist on her own that morningand as all these calls came in due to the construction noise, she was totally overextended. We had no information at all about these drillings and it took me 30 minutes to figure out who it was, where and how long this would go on. That’s why she could not provide you with your requested information,as we did not have them at that time. During your call all the other phones at reception rang for the same purpose, which stressed her even more. Please accept my apology for that unprofessional handling of hers, but at no timeit was our intention, to keep you uninformed or being rude. We have to train her for these situations in the future. Dear guest, As you mentioned before you enjoyed staying with us so far and thats why you extended your stay.My team cares a lot about our guest, but this was yesterday an unforeseen situation, we could not solve immediately.The construction noise coming from the parking lots the next weeks, is something we cannot influence as it is not ourproperty down there. At least we did insist that they do not start working before 8 am, instead if 6 am.I am happy to express my apology in person if you ask for me at reception. If there is anything else, I can do for you please let me know. Perhaps moving to a higher floor and more away from the garage would be an option.Please rest assured we try to do our best to keep on making your stay as pleasant as possible.
