Good value. Spacious room with balcony. We were two adults and one child on this trip, and we enjoyed the 3-night stay. This is a fairly quiet area since its located in one of the more desolate areas of neukölln which is good for sleeping, but it also means that there are not too many kiosks or shops nearby (but do try the Greek restaurant just around the corner, great food) and the area can feel a bit empty in the evenings. The WiFi was a bit spotty and the hotel breakfast was just standard.

Standard hotel, higher prices in this period compared to winter. Pitty to see how the hotel is cancelling small services which gave them more "nice to have" look. Like candies on the bat at arrival, no glasses in the bathroom to put toothbrush, no noteblock and pen, etc.....

Dieser Unterkunft ist sauber und die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann sogar für einen angemessenen Preis hervorragendes Frühstück bekommen. Auch die Lage ist ganz gut. Es befindet sich direkt eine Bushaltestelle auf der anderen Seite der Straße und somit kommt man überall hin. Super geeignet für kurze Trips.

Reasonable price, the room was basic, would have liked tea/coffee making facilities, but very clean. The room was very hot and there was no air-conditioning. Hotel close to the underground and reception staff very helpful in explaining how to get around.

Alles war angenehm und freundlich, mit einer Einschränkung: Bei den Frühstücks-Teesorten wird gerade ein Wechsel der Bezugsfirma von "Eileen" zu "Messmer" vorgenommen. Im Vergleich schneidet "Messmer" dabei äußerst schlecht ab: "Eileen"-Tee ist fein, "Messmer"-Tee ist Schrott.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel for a popular price. Comfortable, quiet, but relatively far from the center. The latter is visible on the map, so you know where you are going. Nearby there is a nice park with a playground.

Prima hotel in Britz onder Neukölln
Het is niet het modernste hotel qua stijl maar De kamer is ruim, de bedden zijn comfortabel, de douche goed en het is schoon. Parkeren kan zowel in de garage als gewoon buiten. 700m naar de metro U7, Park vlakbij, Grieks restaurant naar de deur. WiFi is redelijk. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is vroeg, ma_vr tot 9 uur, weekend tot 10 uur. Voor het geld is dit prima.

Safety risk and bad WiFi
Beware: Don’t stay here!! On the day I was checking out someone tried to come into my room with the key twice without knocking first or identifying themselves. I told them I didn’t want housekeeping but an hour later someone tried to come in again. The doors have no peep holes, so I have no idea who it was. I couldn’t get out of that hotel fast enough. The WiFi is also utterly weak and unreliable and I could barely get any work done. The hotel knows the WiFi is really bad and obviously don’t care.
