Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Ocean Pines. Just 12 minutes to Ocean City, Md. and 20 minutes to Fenwick Island. This lovely four-bedroom retreat features a king bed, queen bed, full bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen futon, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, both with a relaxing bathtub with grab bars. Fully stocked with baby items such as a pack n play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. The excellent climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round with both air conditioning and heating as well as a gas fireplace. Whether you’re unwinding in the screened porch after a day of exploring, spending the evening in the game room or gathering for a cozy evening in the large backyard around the fire pit, this superb house offers a welcoming atmosphere. Ocean Pines community offers many amenities including 5 swimming pools, private beach, 18 hole golf course, 3 restaurants, 2 marinas, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, ponds, playgrounds and walking trails.
