本身在預算之前打電話問了能否預早入住，因有突發情況，酒店回應說可以，但訂了之後便說房間已滿！也不能退款！付了整個房租和早餐但完全沒有享用過！之後聯絡Epedia要求協助退款，但酒店拒絕並不承認有此事！

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed
Room is so big and location is good since a lot of restaurants are nearby. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Toilet is clean and tidy. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. If I coming back to Berlin again, this will be my first choice.

verkehrsgünstige Lage, nettes Personal - Zimmereinrichtung sollte komplett erneuert werden, vor allem die Matratzen und das "Bett" für die dritte Person - Frühstück: qualitativ sind viele Produkte (Kaffee, Wurst, Brötchen...) eine Katastrophe, aber man muss Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis sehen :-/ - Gläser im Frühstücksraum nicht sauber - viele Lebensmittel in Einzelportionen verpackt

The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing. The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely.

Eigentlich ist das Hotel recht ordentlich, zumal wenn man den Preis berücksichtigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig, die Zimmer durchaus geräumig. Leider ist das Personal am Counter nicht bereit, auf Wünsche oder Reklamationen einzugehen, so z.B. wurde tagelang im Hotel gebohrt, an Erholung war nicht zu denken. Auf entsprechende Reklamation wurde weder ein anderes Zimmer offeriert, noch wurde auf unsere Forderung nach Preisreduktion eingegangen. Schade ....

Wir haben 2 Nächste hier verbracht. Leider war die Sauberkeit vom Hotel miserabel.. Bettwäsche war dreckig (Blutfleck o.ä.) Service war ok.. aber wir waren auch nur zum schlafen im Hotel somit kann ich über den Service nicht viel berichten. Die Einkaufsmeilen wie das KaDeWe und die Stadt für Shoppingmöglichkeiten war super auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

This hotel was worth every penny, I’d give it a solid 9/10. The location is incredible: it has so many restaurants, shops, markets and subway/bus stops within a walking distance. The breakfast every morning is worth the extra price, there’s plenty of variety and delicious food in a buffet style so you can eat as much or as little as you’d like. The views are phenomenal too! The only thing that brought it down to a 9 for me was the pillows, they felt more like an empty pillowcase with a few cotton balls so they didn’t have much support or comfort. Lastly, since it’s in the middle of the city, it can be quite noisy at all times especially at night but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, this was the best possible hotel we could’ve found for our trip, I highly recommend and we will be back next time we’re in town!

Hotel im Stil der 80er Jahre mit gutem Frühstück
Hotel im Stil der 80er Jahre, relativ große Zimmer mit Badewanne, Klimaanlage und bequemen Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Lage des Hotels direkt am Kurfürstendamm, vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle und ca. 300 m entfernt ist eine U-Bahn-Station. in relativer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und ein Supermarkt. Nebenan ist Subway. Der Fernseher ist für heutige Ansprüche ein wenig klein.

Materace troche stare sprężyna wbijała mi się w plecy, poza tym w miarę ok. Relatywnie czysto miła obsługa w Języku Niemieckim, Angielskim i nawet Polskim. Parking za opłatą 14€ za dobę, dopłata za zwierzę 14€ za dobę śniadanie bufet 14€ za osobę na 6tym pietrze z widokiem na miasto. Jedzenie smaczne.
