Spacious house. Close to everything.

House was big enough for 9 of us to share. Property was well kept and pretty clean. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Close to major highways, food and the beach. We enjoyed walking to the park and visiting one of the Ocean Pines pools too.

Family reunion

Great place to stay. It was my bi-annual visit with my brother and sister and their families. The 3 bathrooms were a hit with our crowd. We will try to book again in the Fall when we return. We are from New York and have rented many places the last 7 years, this was one of the best.

Three friends and I spent the weekend here together for my 50th birthday. The house is gorgeous. Plenty of space for four adult women to spread out and relax with food and wine. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t get to explore the backyard but the picnic table chairs and fire pit look extra comfy!

The communication between the manager and myself was on point. There where times where I was unsure if things, and I went to them and they had the answers. The property was better in person! The location was great! And everyone had a blast!

It looks like the property hadn’t been updated in some time and in some cases hadn’t even been cleaned. There were holes in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom, as well as in the downstairs bedroom. Laundry was left in one of the bedrooms and trash hadn’t been emptied.

Unfriendly & Unsafe

The owners provided bare minimum supplies, instructions and other customer accommodations and services but extensive instructions on rules and limitations. I did not expect to have to clean the grill for use. The outside front & back were obviously not a part of regular cleaning. Sections of the flooring were unsafe, including carpeted stair risers in which I slipped , spraining my ankle and dislocating my knee on the first day, eliminating my outings for the entire time.
