Nice central location to visit our family.

We enjoyed the reception staff except for a couple men who weren’t and seemed irritated when asked a question. The rest of the staff were very nice and readily offered assistance.

Great value for money. Not very central to Berlin, but when the public transport is working it's very easy to get to the heart of the city. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing- if you have noisy travellers on your floor, you will hear them very clearly.

The room was a converted hostel room, could hear everything above, outside, in the hall. People were smoking at the end of the hall with door open which floodwd the hallway with smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok other than some dirty looks from some of the desk clerks.

We were waiting long time when we checked in. There was one person and it took really lıng time. There were noisy all night so we did not sleep. The breakfast was great. The room was clean.

Very nice property, located withing walking distance of many attractions and food options, also, very closed from the train station. Parking was free in front of the hotel. Super safe and secure area. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk, as I was getting ready to leave with my kids I dropped my wallet with all of our passports and money. They kept it safe and nothing was missing. Thank you so very much for your help and honesty.

Very Bad!

Old rooms and not fresh at all, very bad service and we did not feel welcome. They were not helpful, close to the road so you can hear traffic the whole night. Free parking around the hotell but when I asked they just wanted me to pay 50 euro for theirs instead of telling me there was also free Parking.
