Für ein, zwei Übernachtungen von Alleinreisenden völlig OK. Saubere Zimmer, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bad - aber: Level wie in einem "Handwerkerzimmer" = alte Möbel, Gardinen von vor 30 Jahren, einfachste Einrichtung. Für den Preis völlig OK in Berlin, denn in München zahlt man für sowas das Dreifache. Anbindung: super. Der Bahnhof Charlottenburg liegt vor der Tür, idealer Ausgangspunkt. Züge und Verkehr hört und sieht man nicht auf den Zimmern, die fast ausnahmslos zur Hofseite liegen. Vorm Hotel ist es anders. Hier erstreckt sich ein ausgeprägtes "Bahnhofsviertel".

Very bad stay overall. The room was not clean. It smell of mould and the windows were open, as a result it was cold when we got in. While the hotel had a lift we still had to carry the stroller with our sleeping baby for a floor because the lift was on a different building section than the rooms.

Overpriced, dirty, poor service. Warning❗️
Hair and stains in the bedsheet and pillow cases. They offered no apology. Impolite receptionist. Very strange that we had to pay a 4 EUR “city tax”. For this, we used credit card, but we were not allowed to buy a water bottle on the same purchase. They didnt seem to take care of their guest, for example, on this day it was very hot and we were very thirsty and everything was closed, still we could not buy any water. The strangest thing of all was that the door was unlocked when we came back from the city, I am sure we had locked it.

AI Koenigshof is very conveniently located across from the Charlottenburg station and next to the Wilmersdorf U-bahn, providing easy travel access. The hotel is a moderately-priced older establishment with decent, comfortable facilities. It is not air-conditioned. The area immediately around the hotel contains many food and shopping options.
