Upon check in the clerk was friendly. The other clerk was to busy on her phone to acknowledge us when we came to gather our luggage No Air conditioning. Elevate didn’t work. We had to carry our luggage to the 7th floor only to realize the doors were locked. The key to our room did not open the door. Now taking the stairs again to the ground floor with our luggage. We were able to take this elevator to the 7th floor. The clerk cared less. Because we waited 10 min before taking the stairs, we missed our train.

Es ist gut aber mehr auch nicht. Das mit der Rezeption in der 7. Etage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Was mich nervt, dass fast jedes Mal beim Ein- und Auschecken behauptet wird bei meiner Buchung sei das Frühstück nicht inclusive obwohl ich explizit die Rate mit Frühstück inbegriffen gebucht hatte. Entweder ich zeige dann meine Buchungsbestätigung oder man lenkt dann ein. Es macht den Eindruck als versuchte man einfach ob man nicht doch noch etwas berechnen kann.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Natürlich muss man bei einem zentral gelegenen Hotel auch mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse rechnen, wenn die Zimmer zur Straßenseite liegen. Dafür aber schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Stadt. Für ein paar Nächte sicher in Ordnung (Konzertbesuch war es in unserem Fall) Soweit sind die Zimmer auch ganz nett eingerichtet. Praktisch auf alle Fälle. Allerdings wurde in unserem Zimmer vor Ankunft nicht gesaugt. Auf dem Teppich waren Krümel. Das erwarte ich irgendwie: Sauberkeit. Auch wenn man Hotelgäste nur für eine Nacht beherbergt. Ansonsten aber alles in Ordnung.

l'hotel non ha l'aria condizionata, non ha il bidet, non fornisce saponi e shampo monouso, non fornisce le pantofole. in italia sarebbe meno di un B&B, mentre viene catalogato con un 4 stelle. Dimenticavo la reception è al 7 piano, per cui prima bisogna salire al 7° piano e poi prendere un alòtro ascensore per andare in camera, che all'arrivo viene consegnata alle ore 15:00.

Wir waren zufrieden wenn auch nicht begeistert. Die Zimmereinrichtung war gut aber auch etwas altmodisch. Das Frühstück ist so wie man es bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel mindestens erwarten kann. Die Aussicht auf die Wilmersdorfer Straße gefiel gut, die Fenster sind gut schallisoliert. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die zwei Fahrstühle und die Rezeption in der 7.Etage.

This is a 2.5 star hotel at best. Rooms were clean but dated with very stained carpets. Wifi was unreliable. Door uses a key and requires you to lock the door once inside the room as well. I prepared laundry and left it in my room. Housekeeper did not take it. I tried to give it to her and she refused. Called the front desk and they said to leave it in the room. It still was not picked up so I called the front desk again. Was finally instructed to bring it down to the front desk. They did not inform me or deliver the laundry once it was ready. I had to go ask. This is really poor service. The external laundry company they use stretched out my shirt. Do not stay at this hotel for business. If you are looking for a cheap vacation hotel--it is fine.

Im Hotel Domicil Golden Tulip waren wir total zufrieden! Top Lage und das Zimmer war mit einem sehr großen Bad, vielen Steckdosen, Safe und Kühlschrank ausgestattet! Die Einrichtung ist eher nicht so schön, aber so viel Zeit verbringt man ja auch nicht im Hotel in so einer Stadt. Leider wurde die Decke, die wir uns zusätzlich gewünscht haben, nicht an uns übergeben, und es gab ein Problem beim Check-In. Alles in allem aber absolut empfehlenswert!

No one cares the curtains dont keep your room dark
Centeral so very noisy... matreass is totaly used but the main problem was the light... you wake up feeling there is a loom of light right at your face... the "thick" curtains arent really thick to make your room dark and due to the direction of the building the light is really hard to bare. Woke up at dawn and couldnt sleep
