Das Frühstück für 17€ pp/Nacht ist echt krass. Auswahl ist sehr dünn, die Qualität könnte auch besser sein, es gab außerdem nur Rührei… Bei Problemen oder Fragen muss man erst mit einem Chat Roboter schreiben und wird nicht direkt zur Kundenbetreuung weitergeleitet wenn man dies benötigt.

Not having one living soul around to assist with anything is not a good business model. I had issues with the door entry system, tv not working, loose wall sockets etc. The telephone helpline didn't even pick up when I called. Great value otherwise!

Gut, bis auf zwei Mankos…
An sich war alles super. Schlecht war der Fahrzeuglift zur Tiefgarage - dieser war schrecklich eng, die Garage auch. Außerdem war das Bett extrem unbequem… Allein aus diesen zwei Gründen würde ich die Unterkunft leider kein zweites Mal buchen. Für Leute die ohne Kinder und Fahrzeuge reisen ist diese Unterkunft aber aufjedenfall top!

Huge Room directly at subway Nollendorfplatz. Nice king bed with no mattress gap. Nice for couples. Smal kitchenett with all u need and free drinks.

You can access this hotel only through your PIN and PIN Pads at the doors. There is no person at the location. Which is annoying, when you want to get in at night, the Pin Pad is not working and you have to whatsapp with a Chat Bot. This happened 2 nights and was very annoying...

These rooms were ideal for what we wanted. The room was well appointed and mostly clean (a few scuffs on the wall) The communication was amazing. It was an ideal spot- a bustling community with shops, a supermarket, bars and plenty of nearby places to eat. You are right next to a U-Bahn station which is on 4 different lines giving you great, quick access to the city (although it didn’t bother us at all, you could hear the train so be aware if that bothers you) We had a 9 and 5 year old with us and this was the ideal sort of accommodation for us and the area felt so safe and welcoming.

Muy bien situado, cerca del metro y de la zona gay, en una zona tranquila. Aunque el metro pasa muy cerca casi no se oye. Equipado con minicocina y cafetera nespresso que se agradece y resulta suficiente. Todo muy nuevo y sin llaves (todo funciona con códigos). Un extra poder dejar la maleta gratis en sus lockers.

Das Zimmer war im Großen und Ganzen super. Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und hatten eine Schlafcouch mit im Zimmer, die super unbequem war. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Der Rest war super. Sehr zentral gelegen mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für ein leckeres Frühstück oder Abendessen.

Too expensive for the offered service
We stayed here 5 nights. We always travel for business to Berlin. Had few bad experiences which we like to share: we stayed in room 308 with shared balcony with room 309. one night the neighbors did a party and it was loud untill 1 am. They were like in front of my room because it was a shared balcony. I sent a Massage at 10 pm already but nothing really changed. It’s bad if you have meetings the other day and they are that loud in front of your room. Then wifi was always out. I messaged about this too. On the day of leaving we asked about late check out again. But they said 11 am we have to leave because at 3 pm people check in again. 4 hours for cleaning the rooms and I was wondering that I still could extend my booking online if I just book it. You get this message where you can just book online longer if you want. And we found online more rooms ready to book also with a balcony like our one was. Also just normal tv. Many hotels already have Netflix etc. if you like a late check out there are many nice hotels around this area where it was never a problem for the hotels to stay a bit longer. For us not really a hotel to come back if you feel that all what they say is a bit of a nonsense.

Nicht zu empfehlen - Hostel mit schöner Aussicht
Check in und anfängliche Kommunikation war voll automatisch und funktioniert reibungslos - Der Aufenthalt war dann eine Katastrophe- es fühlte sich wie ein teueres Hostel für feierende Touristen an- ich konnte bis nachts um 3 nichts schlafen aufgrund von lauten, saufenden Menschen auf der gleichen Etage- trotz einer Beschwerde am nächsten Tag und der bitte um Klärung des Problems seitens des Managements kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Rückruf oder ein Entgegenkommen des „Hotels“ also ich werde dieses Haus meiden und jeden abraten dort zu übernachten- es gibt deutlich besseres für dieses Geld - eine Frechheit das etwas derartiges angeboten wird!

Great! Wonderful breakfast, no gym and patch wifi
Absolutely brilliant. Wifi was on the blink, though. The breakfast is excellent. The access and whatsapp comms all work very well. Some of the lights didn't work in the apartment. NB: There isn't a gym, despite what they say on the website. There's an outdoor monkey bar set etc but it's closed during the winter.
