The hotel itself was great. Good breakfast (though not too many vegan options), the rooms are comfy and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. It's close to Potsdamer Plaza and the Bradenburg Gate, so all is good. I would suggest that they strengthen the wifi (it was weak in our room) and supply tissues in addition to toilet paper.

Lokasyon olarak da cok iyi, biz yirumeyi sevdigimiz icin cogu yere yuruyerek gittik, ama yine de toplu tasima da kullanilabilir hemen otelin onunde otobus duragi var.supermarkete de 6 dakika yurume mesafesi. Wir finden es ist ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, kompetentem Personal welches obendrein hervorragend English spricht! Für uns war die Unterkunft absolut ausreichen jedoch gab es schon einige Mängel. Ein gebrauchtes Handtuch unter dem Waschbecken, und auch Möbel mit schon sehr starken Abnutzungserscheinungen was vielen sicher nicht gefallen würde. Uns hat es weniger gestört, Aber wir waren auch nur eine Nacht dort.

Anmeldelse af Quentin XL Potsdamer Platz Hotel: Min kæreste og jeg havde desværre en skuffende oplevelse under vores nylige ophold på Quentin XL Potsdamer Platz Hotel. Det var en weekend, der desværre vil huskes for de forkerte grunde, og her er de tre mest markante problemer, vi oplevede: Problemer med værelseskortet: Da vi først ankom, virkede vores værelseskort ikke. Vi fik at vide, at problemet ville blive løst, men vi endte med at bruge en gammeldags metalnøgle under hele vores ophold. Dette var besværligt og irriterende, da vi havde forventet en mere moderne og bekvem løsning. Uønsket tidlig morgenvækning: Hver morgen blev vi vækket omkring klokken 9 af rengøringspersonalet. Dette var særligt foruroligende, da vores reservation var planlagt indtil onsdag, men personalet hævdede, at vi skulle være tjekket ud. Vi forsøgte at klage i receptionen, men desværre blev problemet aldrig løst. Det var frustrerende at føle, at vores ophold var uventet forkortet. What a nice surprise! This hotel is clean, has a great kitchen and is within walking distance of all the major art museums in Berlin. Lastly, it is very reasonable! You would pay $300 per night in the US for a hotel room of this quality. I would heartily recommend it to any travelers who are visiting Berlin.

Dirty towels
I had a Superior room for two nights. I went to the reception three times to complain about the dirty towels, which were always delivered to me after the complaint. The last time I showed the pictures I took to the reception of the latest towels that were still dirty, whereupon I was told that unfortunately these are the cleanest towels available in the hotel (dirty fingerprints, hair). So I didn't get clean towels. In addition, the cosmetic products (shampoo, conditioner) were out of date more than a year ago and the hotel did not have any newer ones to offer. The toothpaste was also out of date, but luckily I had my own with me. I sent an email about towels and cosmetic products to the email address provided by the reception, but I haven't received a reply.

Nowhere else comes close in Berlin.
I travel a lot for work. This was my 4th time staying at the hotel in 2023. And 10th in total. It's one of my favourite stops in the world. Sure it's not the Atlantis in Dubai but value for money and location it's amazing. It's also something a little bit different with an modern artistic edge. I've paid a lot lot more to stay in far worse hotels. The sister Boutique hotel in Charlottenburg is equally as fantastic. Stop searching. Book now.

Das Hotel ist ganz gut gemacht und ausgestattet. Leider ist der erhaltungszustand insbesondere der Bäder nicht gut. Der Checkin war langsam und umständlich. Alles wurde vorab kassiert. Das Personal im Restaurant und housekeeping spricht überwiegend kein Deutsch und nur schlecht englisch. Personalmässig alles low Budget… Rezeptionsteam spricht halbwegs gut deutsch- aber Mitarbeiterinnen nicht sehr hilfreich und vorlaut. Zimmerservice (Handtücher etc.) gibt es nur auf vorherige Aufforderung. Dann wurden Handtücher vergessen zu liefern. Die Bar hat Sonntag geschlossen - war nirgendwo zu lesen. Das Frühstück ist ok - aber ebenfalls eher mittlere Qualität. Checkout war schnell, aber Rechnung falsch ausgestellt. Im Restaurant steht eine vertrocknete Pflanze am Fenster… sinnbild für den Zustand des gesamten Hotels. Eher 2-3 Sterne als 4. Auch Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr gut. Parken ist mit 25€ pro Nacht teuer. Niemand im Hotel, der bei an-/Anreise mit den Koffern hilft. Bei Anreise wurde direkt gedroht, man müsse die checkout Zeit penibel einhalten, sonst müsse man extra bezahlen ab fünf Minuten nach 11.00 Uhr. Insgesamt kein Hotel, das ich ein zweites Mal buchen würde.
