We are very sorry that we did not meet all your expectations but please allow us to answer to some of your remarks: Please be assured that we are a rated 4-star-hotel meeting all necessary requirements for this rating. The higher room categories are also equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. In case you need anything (e.g. a kettle) just ask us, we are always more than happy to help. Kindly take into consideration that the check-in time of 3 p.m. and the check-out time of 11 a.m. meet all international regulations. In case you arrive earlier or would depart later you can of course always store your luggage at the front desk. Please note also that we did not charge you twice for the city tax. Due to fiscal regulations this tax is not included in the rate, only VAT and service-charge. This should also be mentioned in your confirmation. Nevertheless we are more than happy that our staff was friendly and polite. Maybe next time we can convince you also from our service.
