Hotel liegt zentral in Mitte Berlin. Ca. 4 Gehminuten gibt es die nächste U-Bahn Station. Mit dem Service waren wir stets immer zufrieden. Einzige Verbesserung meiner Seite her wäre die Matratze in unserem Zimmer die die besten Zeiten hinter sich hatte. Preis/Leistung stimmt.

The staff at this property was really pleasant and helpful. The people at the desk were happy to come up with ideas to help plan the day. The downside of this hotel is that none of the food is really any good, and the shampoo/ conditioner/soap for the shower is really not good, and difficult to use because it is so thin and there are no washcloths. The rooms are small but clean. I was a little bit disappointed with the facilities given the price of the room. But as I say it was a good location, and the staff was lovely.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with my son who is a wheelchair user. We requested a twin room but when we got there it was a double. However I was given a comfortable folding bed then moved to a twin accessible the next day so it was fine. The main issue I had with the room was the bathroom, the shower hose plus the towel rack were up high and well out of reach of a wheelchair user. So it’s obviously an oversight in the design of the barrier free room. Otherwise we loved the room. We had pizza in the restaurant one night and it was really good, much better than we’ve had in other hotels. It took ages to come and when it did it looked like it had been made from scratch. We were really impressed. The hotel was really clean, quiet as well, with good facilities. The tap water in the bathroom was drinking water so this was a bonus too. I did think the breakfast was a bit pricey, at €30 for 2 people, but then Berlin is a pretty expensive city so it’s probably in line with all hotels. I should’ve booked the room with breakfast. It’s so close to the U station, and there are some lovely restaurants and cafes nearby too. It’s really well situated. I’d definitely recommend the hotel, although because of the lift to get in for wheelchairs I think I’d maybe stay somewhere else. We definitely prefer to be able to come and go independently and not have to get someone to let us in. However this isn’t a reflection on the hotel as we had a great stay, and the staff were really helpful.

The hotel is in walking distance (~25-30 minutes) from many sites, but not close to anything. Very boring surroundings with very few restaurants, but close to u-Bahn. It was on the cheaper range for Berlin though, and you get what you pay for. The room (standard) was extremely small! Knew beforehand it wasn’t big, but this was probably the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Would NOT recommend for more than one person. Very narrow bed (140 cm)! The bed is also hard, woke up from my back hurting several times (people feel different about hard beds of course, but if one doesn’t like them this is not a good choice of hotel). Did not see the staff at check in smile even once during my stay (three days). They weren’t impolite, they just didn’t make you feel welcome. The breakfast staff were nicer. Breakfast is okay, a bit below average but acceptable. Would not have paid for it though if I had known that beforehand. It wasn’t a completely unpleasant stay, but a bit disappointing. Would not stay here again.

Very nice and morden hotel. Rooms were very small and no amenities given, apart from that very good hotel. Bus and tram just a few minutes walk away, as well as shops and restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely trip! The room was clean and comfortable and super quiet which was a big bonus for us. Nice and easy to the centre part of the city with lots to see and do. The only negative we found was that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We would have appreciated at least a kettle so that we can make our own drinks in our room, instead of paying €8-€10 in the downstairs bar. It was also a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend and I emailed the hotel 3 times asking for help to make the stay more special (wine, chocolates, rose petals etc) which I was happy to pay additionally for, but sadly I never heard anything back from them and this was a bit disappointing. Overall, a nice stay.

Otelin konumu berlin seyahati için mükemmel. Metroya ve çevrede bulunan turistik yerler yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Fakat hayatımda bu kadar küçük bir otel odası hiç görmemiştim. Resmen valizlerimizi açarken bile çok zorlandık, oda konforlu ve kullanışlı değildi. Ayrıca nevresimlerin içindeki yorganların da pis olduğunu farkettik. Çalışanlar bu konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Konumu için Fiyat performans oteli diyebiliriz.
