Eine Grundreinigung wäre sehr notwendig, die fehlende Sauberkeit hat uns beim Aufenthalt im Haus sehr gestört.Im Garten und am Wasser haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, wobei nicht deutlich gemacht wurde, dass der Garten von 3 Mietparteien gemeinsam genutzt wird.

Es gibt dort nur Brunnenwasser und es kommen Übernachtungskosten (Steuer) dazu. Ich finde das sollte man wissen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Lage hervorragend für Paddeltouren und zum Entspannen

Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen, nahe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und groß, so dass wir an den leider einigen Regentagen genug Platz hatten. Nach Berlin sind es mit dem Auto ca. 1h Fahrt. Vermutlich mit der S-Bahn sinnvoller als unsere Fahrten mit dem Auto. Mit den vom Vermieter bereitgestellten Kajaks sind wir gerne und oft gefahren. Optimal, da man die Gegend zu Fuß nur bedingt erkunden kann, denn man kommt sonst nicht ans Wasser und sieht die hübschen Gärten und Häuser nicht. In der Wohnung war es etwas muffig, was mit am Regenwetter lag aber auch an dem eisenhaltigen Brunnenwasser liegen könnte.

Nichts für Familien mit Kindern und zwei Autos

Der Empfang hat gleich mit einem Verbot begonnen. Das zweite Auto sollte 900 m weiter geparkt werden. Die Erklärung ist nicht zu verstehen, zumal das eine öffentliche Straße ist. Dann der Hinweis sich doch nicht zu bescheren, wenn etwas nicht ganz sauber ist. Damit hatten wir auch nicht so das Problem. Die Umgebung ist ja sehr schön, aber die Menschen sind sehr aggressiv. Beleidigung meiner Tochter und meines Enkelkindes miteingeschlossen. Kinderfreundlich stand in der Beschreibung. Unsere kleine Enkeltochter hatte mal ein Aussetzer gehabt. Prompt kam die Mitteilung, ob das nochmal vorkommt. Nur von Vermieter, nicht von den anderen Gästen. Da ich mich bei den anderen Gästen entschuldigt hatte und sie davon nichts wusten. Insgesamt machte die Einrichtung den Eindruck einer Heimwerkerferienwohnung. Es wirkte alle Primitiv und zusammengeschustert. Das Bad so klein für 6 Personen, der Waschtisch ebenfalls mit abgeschlagenen Ecken, die Matratzen ausgelegen, die Steckdosen und Schalter, da wo man sie nicht brauch, kein Sicherheitsschloss in der Tür. Wenn man für 6 Personen ausschreibt, da sollten auch 6 Stühle im Wohnbereich stehen. Insgesamt hatte wir uns trotz schönen Gartens und Kanu hier nicht wohngefühlt und füllten uns nicht willkommen, sodass wir einen Tag früher angereist sind. Fazit: Preis Leistung war hier nicht akzeptabel, da hilft auch kein locken mit Amazon Prime usw. Für uns nicht empfehlenswert.

Schicke Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln

- Wasserqualität gewöhnungsbedürftig (zum Trinken & Zähneputzen haben wir Flaschenwasser gekauft) - Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen - v.a. in den Ecken und an den Lampen sehr viele Spinnweben - kein zweites Bad wie im Inserat angegeben - wenig Privatsphäre, da auf dem Grundstück noch 3 weitere Unterkünfte vom selben Anbieter (wohnt oben drüber) vermietet werden. Garten wird gemeinsam genutzt - von 6 verfügbaren Fahrrädern waren leider nur 2 verkehrstüchtig - sehr hellhöriges Haus - WLAN hatte Aussetzer + großer Wohnbereich + großes Schlafzimmer + sehr schöne Einrichtung + Amazon Prime/Netflix Zugang + Garten direkt am Kanal + ruhige Wohngegend + 10 min zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle + Vermieter immer erreichbar

Good location, close to forest and bush walks, 12 minute walk to bus station and short bus ride to Rahnsdorf train station. About 35 minutes train ride to Hauptbahnhof Central. 15 minutes walk to small shopping centre, with two supermarkets, pub with good meals and two other restaurants. Facilities generally OK, good TV services and wifi. No dishwasher. Suitable for couple and two children or two couples. Third "bedroom" above kitchen has very low ceiling and too hot when the fire is on for heating. Owner lives above, so there was occasional noise but not too intrusive. Worst aspect was the bore water - unpleasant to drink. We ended up buying bottled water from the nearby supermarket. Bottled water prices are surprisingly cheap there, with bottle return deposit.

Schönes Appartment in Neu-Venediger Villa

Alles in allem ein schönes Objekt. Durch die vielen Schlafmöglichkeiten können auch mehrere Leute gut unterkommen. Vieles ist Marke Eigenbau; manches noch nicht ganz bis 100% fertig. Die Matratzen hätten für uns bequemer sein können, aber vielleicht lag das auch an unseren "Ü-40-Knochen". Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich noch eine weitere Ferienhütte, die gleichzeitig vermietet wurde. Wir haben uns gut mit den Nachbarn verstanden. Wer aber allein sein möchte, sollte besser darauf auf der Site darauf hingewiesen werden, dass der Garten für die Allgemeinheit gedacht ist und Rücksicht genommen werden soll. Wir fühlten uns etwas eingebremst. Dass es keine Spülmaschine in der Ausstattung gab, war ein Manko für uns als 6-köpfige Familie. Die Küchenausrüstung war für sechs Leute abgezählt und recht knapp. Dadurch hatten wir bis spät abends "Haushaltsarbeit" zu tun, das war schade. Vielleicht ist aber in Planung, dass hier noch nachgerüstet wird. Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung.

Terrible- never again!

False listing Information or purposefully not given until you see at arrival. We have stayed in several houses on or Germany trip- and by far this is the WORST house! I am a native GERMAN and was embarrassed by the quality, hospitality and cleanliness. Important: Read previous reviews carefully about water quality, cleanliness and equipment available and terrible beds etc. ALL true!! At arrival- 5 pm- the property was not ready! We had to wait to get access. It is clearly a property for profit only- there are at least 4 different tenants on the same lot! A permanent tenant right next door in same building plus owners live upstairs! Another bungalow on the lot with tenants as well! All using small yard together. No privacy! This property uses the same shared entrance with owners- doors and walls “self- installed” thin plywood!!! You hear owners arguing upstairs, every toilet flush and doors closing etc. The beds are terrible mattresses- soft, uncomfortable and worn down! The couch is broken. It states that it is wheelchair accessible- not at all! Stairs, steps, bumps, gaps throughout the house inside and to patio or front door! It states that it has a washing machine and dryer- NO dryer! I was told not to use the washing machine- as the septic tank was full! The washing machine is in the entry area- and a community machine used by ALL! I can’t even start to tell you about the awful smell throughout the house - the septic tank is right in front of the ONLY bedroom window! With every shower, toilet flush the tank was fuller, smellier and it was not emptied until 3 days later!! Now let’s get started about the water- the water quality is terrible- smells like you shower with rotten eggs- you can’t brush teeth with it or cook coffee, no do you want to shower with it! The owner will tell you it is fine to use, but it is unbearable even with his so told ”newer” drilled well. The property has clean city water access- but owner refuses to pay for water access! The apartment is not well equipped- as an example we had 4 forks, 5 knives, or basic usually given sugar, pepper or salt shaker not available for use! There is a BBQ to use- but every lighter/ match even BBQ tools are by owners response ”tenants responsibility”, which means you need to pack your own lighter, thongs and spatulas! Ridiculous! Owner promised a 2 seater kayak- but was never made available to us. Beds in loft UNSAFE for kids. Owner Is confrontational.. And more

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Wir waren über Pfingsten hier zu Gast und haben die Auszeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. Der Kühlschrank ist leider etwas klein wenn man sich komplett selbst versorgt und ein paar Messer und Gabeln mehr wären perfekt aber sonst war alles super. Vielen lieben Dank!
