Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.

Communication and check-in was smooth and easy. My room was really nice with an amazing skyline view. I had a wonderful stay and was very happy there. Refrigerator and coffee/tea makers provided with supplies.

Second time staying here and would recommend to anyone for any length of trip! Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and very quiet/comfortable. Really good location, lots of boutique shops, amazing food and bars and close to public transport.

Very nice property and the location is pretty good. Not a far walk to the central area like Brandenburg gate, etc. only complaint is that there was no closet space to speak of. Just a rack to hang clothing on. But the TV was enormous, and everything within the hotel was nice.

It was a strange hotel while the staff/. Reception was great. The rooms seem to be cleaned every other day. It lead the towels to get a little stinky. The hotel did come in handy in a pinch and made our visit really nice. It is in a great location to see the sites we wanted to see

Shower was nearly impossible to get to a comfortable temperature. Shower door didn’t hold the water back so bathroom floor got totally wet. Coffee pods didn’t fit well with the coffee maker and tasted bland and cheaply. Tea bags bland as well. Otherwise all fine.

The hotel is in a great location and has a metro station just around the corner. I loved my room, it was pretty spacious and bright, as well as comfortable. The only reason that I’m not giving this hotel the best rating is the check in process, where I almost got double charged for my room, but luckily noticed the mistake on time, as well as that I didn’t get any housekeeping even though I was staying for 4 nights and followed the hotel’s instructions on how to request for it. Still, I’d recommend it for its convenient location and beautiful rooms.

The location is great, the place is clean, the rooms are small but the only problem I had is that there were no mini fridges in the rooms and also there were no coffee machines, I could live without coffee machines but not without a mini fridge that's a big no for me. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars only.
