TURMSTUDIO: Lake view, outdoor area, and access to the water

Beneath the tower roof, with sweeping views of the Havel River and the Werder Mill, life begins in this compact studio, designed to make the most of its limited space: in the morning, the view through the open skylight; during the day, coffee in the kitchen; and in the evening, watching the sun set from the balcony. A staircase leads up to the sleeping loft—an ideal retreat for one or two people who love a panoramic view and a cosmopolitan lifestyle.

The apartment was converted into a loft studio. From here, you have the most beautiful panoramic view, taking in the Havel River and the sunsets over it.

In a very small space, yet thoughtfully designed, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The toilet and shower are located behind a long wall of cabinets—a small kitchenette is directly across from them. A staircase with built-in drawers leads up to the loft under the roof, where the cozy sleeping area is located. Stick your head out the open skylight—hello, 360-degree panoramic view. Or step out onto the small terrace overlooking the water.

The vacation apartment in the attic of the Turmvilla can be rented individually or together with the entire house. All apartments have separate entrances—each with its own terrace or balcony.
