“Bad first, Ice bucket in room no ice machine in building, I covered 3 floors then ran into a resident who informed me that there was no ice machine. 3rd floor elevator call button works but I had to push it 4 or 5 times to get it to work I don't know but might lead to bigger problems! Tv reception poor channels kept going out and back in.

“By our arrival the motel was empty, cold, no hot water. After an out they were able to heat water but the three rooms were tried stayed cold. They didn’t want to return our money until we called police. Then the manager arrived and said she returned the money to Expedia virtual card. I don’t see the money on my card yet ”

“When we checked in we were originally sent to a room that wasnt cleaned yet. Sheets removed, pillows on the floor etc. Staff was friendly and moved us without question. Second room was set up but overall not super clean. The room we were given had a strong smell of marijuana which I didnt appreciate, especially with kids. We were in a time crunch so we had to leave the window cracked and head out. Smell was gone when we got back. Beds are suppsed to be queen beds but were smaller than a standard……
