「We reserved a room to accommodate 3 people. At check in we were assigned to a smaller room. The clerk was helpful after we gave him suggestions on how to fix the problem. Although room appeared to be clean, the rug was grimly. Bathroom had mold in corners which had been caulked over. Hallways, main lobby and elevator all needed a good steam cleaning. The clerk was tattooed and had snagged tooth with long finger nails. Not the professional appearance one would expect assisting and greeting...

「We feel very bad, We got there and there was no staff. We rang the bell many times, but no one answered. That's too bad 👎 We have booked a room, but we do not have any accommodation. Because we didn't feel it was safe😢」

「As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew this was going to be bad. There were no other cars in the parking lot and I thought the hotel was abandoned. The one staff person I saw was nice, but the hotel was terribly dated. 」

「This is an amazing home that is filled with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces, stained, glass windows, perfectly decorated, comfy blankets, and extra amenities to make you feel at home. It’s a quick walk to the Diamind. The hostess Dan is fabulous, she is very responsive and easy to work with. She gives you step-by-step directions and is very supportive with any questions you have during your stay. I wish I could spend every weekend here in this adorable home. 「Great classy place right in the heart of Ligonier.. you never have to get in you car once you arrive」

「Cabin 16 had lovely flowing waters behind it, a great stay for the price. Very no frills camping similar to a state park rustic cabin in terms of space. If there had been tents at every site booked it may have felt more crowded but our stay in Spring was private and peaceful.」
