「Todo muy bien salvo el checkin online. La pagina desastrosa, tuve que llenar el formulario 7 veces hasta que por fin funcionó, cada vez que terminaba me regresaba al inicio. Igual la comunicación, hablaban de instrucciones por email que solo enviaron después de llamarles un par de veces. El hotel muy bien localizado y las instalaciones muy bien salvo la chapa de la puerta, para cerrar la puerta al salir del cuarto era necesario cada vez poner la clave. Me gustó, ojalá mejoren donde fallaron...

「The hotel is old but provides everything it should offer. The breakfast is good and well-replenished. If the room offers a boiler and a refrigerator would be better. The stairway was dark after reception hour. Better place a light on the stairway .」

「Pension Peters is a budget hotel that offers good quality service. I stayed there for six days and I find my room adequate. I stayed in April where it was still cold for a guy from California so the heating was at a perfect temperature for me. The room was modest but I didn’t expect much at this price point. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I couldn’t hear other people as I was sleeping which is a huge plus for me. I would recommend this hotel for the budget minded person who...

「Room location changed to 15mins by walk away from original location. Said breakfast provided but need to walk back to original location. Bath towels can only changed every 3 days without prior notice. Overall feeling is extremely bad. Will not recommend this hotel and not come again!」

「From the outlook of the building and the street, u won't expect too much before when you step into the hotel. However, the room is clean, tidy and bigger as my expected before. Services were good and with nice and caring staffs here. They are always welcome and assist you with smile. I stayed four nights there and it's worth to stay.」

「The only reason I didn't give excellent is because the hallway and stairs need work. The room itself was bright and comfortable and clean. I feel this prooerty has gotten an unfair rap. It is an older building and not your IBIS but it is fair value downtown AND the host is the nicest and most helpful we have encountered AND there is an excelkent and full breakfastbreakfast 」
