“The only comment I would make us that the room housekeeping was nit up to standard. Everything else was wonderful....the foid was too good !!!!! The main lodge staff were wonderful as were the dining staff!!!”

“The location is fantastic. Beaches on both sides, pristine views, not crowded, the staff is fantastic. Incredibly friendly and kind. A well managed hotel. The food options are great. 4 restaurants with gourmet food options and great in room dining as well. Couldn’t be happier to stay here ”

“Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)”
