"We all love this property. This was our second stay and we will hopefully visit again. The grounds are perfect to keep everyone occupied and happy. The house is big enough to let the whole family have as much togetherness and privacy as they want. It has made for two very relaxing stays."
"I hate to complain but you need to know that the furnishings both inside and outside were very dirty and stained. All of the rugs were filthy and you should really replace them. No one wanted to go outside and sit on any of the furniture as they were so dirty with dirt, leaves and stains. There were cigarette butts on the ground. There weren’t enough supplies in the kitchen. Could use more tea towels and paper towels. The dish washer was broken and we tried twice to run it but nothing cleaned properly so we had to hand wash everything. The middle bathroom shower had very low pressure and the knobs were not tight to turn off . I was a bit embarrassed as I was the one that made the final decision for your house. The pictures vs what we experienced were not the same and l would say that’s false advertising. I just hope that you send someone to look and test all of the appliances and plumbing. Here’s a few more photos as I have already sent some. I really didn’t want to think about the house and its problems as I just wanted to have a good time with my friends. I definitely would not recommend your house to anyone. I’m sorry. "

"House was perfect for our family to enjoy a quiet and celebratory weekend. Pool and the surround area was where we spent most of our time. Pool was nice and warm but not too hot given the 100 degree temps. Inside was equally good for the 4 of us. House was very clean, had TV’s in all bedrooms for night time R&R. There was plenty of space and the layout was very good for hanging out during the evenings. Plenty of supermarkets and shopping near by and close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.Lastly, home owner was wonderful to work with prior and during our stay. While we really didn’t need anything, we did have a couple of questions which were answered promptly. Check in/out procedures were clear and easy. Overall, we really enjoyed this home and would stay there again. "
"Our stay was originally booked at the Alligator house but due to overbooking we were accommodated by the Host to an even better property. We had an amazing time. Beautiful property. I recommend any of the properties managed by Zelloo! "
"This property was INCREDIBLE. Literally everything we didn't know we wanted. We stayed here for a family reunion, all ages, and we had so much fun. We spent the majoirty of the time outdoors, when it got a little too hot, there was plenty of room indoors. The food prep area was CLUTCH, as we coscto shopped beforehand and cooked almost all our meals. The layout of the house for perfection. You can tell a lot of thought went behind all the details. Would love to come back again!!!"
