"Good location for Indian Wells Tennis but property needs some updating. The air-conditioning in our room clicked on and off and sounded like a freight train. The blinds were broken and didn’t completely close allowing a lot of light into the room. The refrigerator didn’t keep things that cold. In the hallways, there were trays and glasses and silverware that hadn’t been picked up for a while. But check-in staff was very friendly and efficient. Got our room quickly, pool area looked very nice even though we didn’t use it. Certainly sufficient for our one night stay but not a good value for the money."

"We were comfortable at this hotel. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning daily was awesome. The old outdated bathroom could use some help such as new strong shower heads. The fluorescent lighting in washroom is awful. We didn’t like the loud fan is the bathroom that went on automatically when the light gets turned on. The free breakfast is the morning was amazing. We liked the location as it’s close to the tennis centre in Indian Wells. "

"The hotel is decent, but dated. They tried to make it feel fresh. It was 12 midnight when I checked in and they asked if I needed help with my luggage and I said no. What they didn’t tell me is my room was in one of the farthest buildings and on a second floor, with no elevator. I had packed for two trips, so my suitcase was heavy. When I checked out, I called to get help and they said they didn’t have anyone. Then, I got a call back 5 mins later and the manager himself came to help me. The staff was average, but he was extremely friendly and helpful. They didn’t have a sundry store, and the quick serve food was minimal. The coffee was terrible. The gym was great! I would not go out of my way to recommend this hotel. "

"Overall very good resort to stay for the tennis tournament. Room spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. Good housekeeping service. Very busy in the mornings so breakfast super busy. Would be nice if AC wasn’t limited to 68 degrees or above for us cold sleepers. There was an unpleasant smell coming from toilet each morning for a while. "

"The location is good and there are plenty of restaurants and the El Paseo Garden Mall is five minutes away. We were there for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and shuttle buses were available to take us to and from the garden. The hotel is older and the shower plumbing was not good. The breakfast was very nice."

"Very nice house with comfortable furnishings and very well appointed kitchen. The owners were lovely and responsive to questions. We were there for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The location is perfect for that, and to dip in the pool after a day at the tournament was delightful! A great vacation stay!"

"the pool was not open that was not disclosed to us. hardly any of the kitchen outlets worked. We were 3 adults and so had 3 cars in the drive way. the ramp up had a huge screw sticking up could have easily damaged a tire. "
