"This line of properties have all been great. They are clean, the staff is nice, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast bars are abundant. After our first stay at this brand, it was the name I continued to look for during our travel. They were all centrally located to public transportation and tourist sites, local events, and beauty."

"Great value, right next to the Rose garden. Right next to bus stop and there's a coop supermarket next door. They have a free coffee machine with free latte and other types of coffees. Friendly staff."

"Nice clean and quiet hotel, not far from train. Free tourist card was great. Nobody pays for transit here, but we got checked by the transit police? How about checking your own people and leave the tourists alone. Lots of creepy people around train/bus station. Prices extremely high for what you get. Breakfast good. Staff good. Rooms extremely small."

"Good location , but on a very very noisy rail / bus thoroughfare right outside window , one night at 3am grinding the rail tracks for 1 hr for maintenance, hotel said not told that was going to happen . Room very dusty , dust & fluff on floors. Can’t leave windows / doors open due to smell of cigarette smoke coming through . Stuffy at night as needed to keep doors closed as you can’t sleep with outside noise on road till late hours and trams . Pillows way to soft msg as well sleep straight on mattress."

"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years). The minibar is all included and is restocked every day. It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located. There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony. The view from the balcony was great. The concierge (Luke) was also very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were great. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Being a vegetarian i really appreciated the many good options they had. They always had at least 1 indian dish. They had a juice machine with fruits, ginger and celery right there and tiu could juice ot yourself. All is all a great experience Kudos to the staff and the hotel"

"We loved the great location! We walked to most attractions within 10 minutes. The several times a week markets is right around corner. It has washing and drying machines for people to use for free. It is very quiet at night and safe! Breakfast is very good with dishes carefully selected and prepared. Hotel provides free coffee and tea and great taste ice water all day. We will return to this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel. Bern is full of history and culture—from the Middle Ages to Einstein and beyond! Well worth visiting!"
