「Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in...

「It is the sixth time we came to this property. We have been for 16 nights in July/August 2025. This is Swiss Hospitality at its best. As always, we say thank you so very much to the owners for their wonderful hospitality. Everything is as described on the internet site. We have to repeat the comments because the location is really wonderful. The WiFi internet connection really worked, and we could connect our laptop computer and talk using Viber. 「Very nice place and Deniz was very kind with us. I recommande this place. We will come back in the future.」

「The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us.」

「Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet, denn ganz offensichtlich wurde die Wohnung modernisiert. Leider passen die zusammengewuerfelten und unmodernen Möbel gar nicht dazu. Die Küche ist in ihrer Einrichtung grenzwertig. Im Internet stand, dass es kein WLAN gibt, aber das gab es doch! Ansonsten war es schon OK, die Aussicht reißt es natürlich raus.」

「What a great place to stay in Brienz! The house is on an absolutely beautiful street with great views of the surrounding mountains. The house was extremely clean and really comfortable. The low ceilings remind you that you are in an historic place. Our boys loved swimming in the lake each day and the house is only steps from the water.」

「Sehr gut eingerichtetes Chalet mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Bergkulisse.」

「We had a very goed time in the 'yellow' house. The vieuw is very nice. The house gives a lot of space and is very clean. Towels and sheets are availible and you cn pick new when you need/like. Very nicefriendly owner at a farm.friendly」

「A great spot for family, especially kids old enough to climb down the ladder and into the lake. A great back yard and family house. Only issue is the Glatz umbrella that is in need of replacement. The local contact was very responsive and helpful. We lost hot water and they reacted and fixed it immediately. 」

「Es war alles blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Eine erstklassige, gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr nettem unkompliziertem Eigentümer.Die Angabe mit Waschraum und Trockner ist leider ein Irrtum. Der Eigentümer konnte sich auch nicht erklären, woher die Angabe kommt. In der FeWo ist alles vorhanden , was man so braucht (Küchenausstattung, Bügelbrett Balkonstühle etc.) Nur der Fön hat gefehlt.Die Betten waren ebenfalls gut.」

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old. Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
