「I’ve been fortunate enough to have traveled to many countries in my life and this property has some of the best views I’ve ever seen. The common statement by friends when they see the pictures is “that doesn’t look real”. It didn’t look real when I was standing outside looking at the mountains and waterfalls from the property either. The pictures don’t do it justice.」

「We enjoyed our stay in Lauterbrunnen. While the town itself was very busy the central location of Lauterbrunnen allowed us to quickly escape the hustle and bustle and explore the surrounding mountains. The home had everything we needed. For us as international travellers it would have been helpful to have some instructions on the laundry machines and oven, as the symbols were different. All in all a wonderful stay. 」

「Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in...

「Cannot give anything else other than 5 stars purely for the location. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds although the doubles were 2 camp beds pushed together. Nice cabin feel but could do with being updated. TV was too small but the view outside made up for this. WiFi was good with no dropping out at all. Bathrooms were dated but the water was hot and the showers were very powerful, Towels were not adequate for a weeks stay, one medium bath towel and one hand towel per person, we...

「Check in was easy, they worked with us on our late arrival. There are plenty of beds and showers, enough kitchen equipment to make meals. Picturesque setting, beautiful scenery. It was one of our favorite places! There are a few steps to get to and from location, so be mindful if walking is difficult for you. But it was an ideal spot for our big family.」

「Ce chalet est décoré de façon impersonelle comme les logements qui sont 100% dédiés à la location. Cependant on s'y sent bien. La pièce à vivre est très lumineuse avec grande baie vitrée. La terrasse est sans vis à vis avec vue à 180 degré sur la vallée et les superbes montagnes ainsi vue sur un glacier. C'est très calme. 「The house had the best views possible. The deck and open living room were where my family wanted to spend mornings having coffee and evenings having a drink. Once you understand the train schedule (they basically run every hour) it’s convenient to all the hotspots you want to visit. We had 5 people and it was very comfortable for all of us.」

「We were a group of 8 adults visiting Interlaken and were very pleased with our stay at the Jungfrau Family Home. We found the accommodations very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size for having meals with a large group. We found the location of the home to be quite good and we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and transportation. We would be more than happy to return when we come back to Interlaken. 」

「Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet, denn ganz offensichtlich wurde die Wohnung modernisiert. Leider passen die zusammengewuerfelten und unmodernen Möbel gar nicht dazu. Die Küche ist in ihrer Einrichtung grenzwertig. Im Internet stand, dass es kein WLAN gibt, aber das gab es doch! Ansonsten war es schon OK, die Aussicht reißt es natürlich raus.」

「Die Eltern von Herrn Burn, welche im selben Haus leben, haben uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wir waren deutlich früher als gedacht da, konnten aber dennoch direkt die FeWo beziehen. 「Beautiful and clean. Very close to the train which takes around a day or two to get used to . other than that everything works great with spectacular view」

「We were wanting to explore the Jungfrau region and have a "jumping point" for many towns. We decided on Wengen for its charm, size, reviews & also needed a place to sleep 6 with a washer and modest kitchen. We chose this home due to all of that. It does state in the description it is far from the train station and that it is! You must or I'd highly recommend a taxi to and from the train station with your luggage. "Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old. Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
