“My disappointments? The bathroom had a bad smell. Most likely coming from the shower drain. The extra buttons on the walls for electricity in the outlets or the stove was confusing to us. Also the fact that you can message the hotel, but you get AI on the other side is a bit disappointing. Overall, despite the distance from the city center, the public transport to the town or the airport leaves from near the hotel. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs and short walking distance.……

“This place was amazing views and cleanliness. There was a language barrier with check in and the fact that breakfast was included. We didn't realize about breakfast until our last day.”

“The property had the best possible view within Lauterbrunnen, but everything else was terrible. It was the worst stay in my life! 1. We came to the property at 6pm. The owner told us that the front door key was in a key box next to the front door. But when we went to get the key, the front door was wide open!! Was someone else in the house? Could animals (rats, bugs) have gone in? Why was the door open? The key I found in the key box, didn't even fit the key hole of the front door? So, what key……
