The employees are very nice you need to check in at the hotel and they will give you your key. We got early and they hold our luggage. “We loved the location since it was within walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. The view is just breathtaking. We enjoyed a nice glass of local wine on the spacious patio. The apartment was well furnished and well equipped to do cooking and to just relax. The spa passes were an added plus. We will definitely be back and continue to have Altipik take care of making sure the apartment is perfect. I can’t think of anything that could be improved upon.”

"We stayed here for three nights. Our room has a balcony with Matterhorn view. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn, except that there was a construction undergoing and a crane is on the way between our hotel and the Matterhorn! There are actually lots of cranes in Zermatt. The hotel staff told us that it is like that in summer, and that is out of their control. Apart from that, the hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious and very helpful staff! Highly recommended."
