"Fabulous and charming hotel! It has an older charm to it, but everything seems new somehow. The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed all of the cheese selections and there was a wide variety of fruit, yogurt, hot breakfast as well. The only complaint we had is that the pillows appear comfy, but then become flat. But we have found these same pillows everywhere we have been in Switzerland. Great place and location. We had a lovely view of the Matterhorn! Would recommend!"

"Excellent property very close (walkable) to the Train Station and the village. The room and bathroom were very clean and decent-sized. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast had plenty of good options. "

"This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. "Pretty hotel in the centre of Zermatt. The hotel facilities were great, really happy with the pool and sauna. Nearby dining options were plenty and great quality. Didn’t initially know Zermatt was car free but the shuttle from Täsch was easy and there was plenty of parking. "
