The stay in Hotel Romantica was excellent. The hospitality is the warmest. At the beginning of the stay, the hotel host Thor took us from the train station to the hotel via the hotel car. During our stay in the hotel, Thor and the team provided us a lot of information and recommendations about our trip in Zermatt and we had a very great time here. The hotel room was great with a very nice view. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. We had very good rest in Zermatt so as to make the best use of our precious time here. The hotel team, especially Thor, is very talkative, polite and has a great sense of humor. One thing I would like to mention regarding how the team helped us during our stay. My suitcase was broken during the train transportation to Zermatt. Despite some search in Zermatt, we still not able to get a new one. Thor helped us to search around Zermatt and provided us suggestions on getting a new one and the way to get rid of my broken suitcase. Although we eventually decided to get a new one in another place in Switzerland, the team’s enthusiasm in helping people is touching. Oh yeah, the dog and cat in the hotel are also very cute. We had good time petting them during our stay. I would strongly recommend Hotel Romantica for anyone who plans to stay in Zermatt.

環境優雅、服務親切

飯店環境優雅，客房整潔舒適，老闆娘服務親切，房內無線網路穩定快速，雖須於主要大街轉入小巷小小爬坡才能抵達，但物超所值，客房還有陽台，可欣賞策馬特環繞的群山。唯一缺點是早餐的選擇性不多，餐點較為簡單。

This Hotel is highly recommend. From the moment we arrived and received a warm welcome from Michelle! She was so kind and gave us lots of advice about how to enjoy Zermatt and the Matterhorn Alps mountain. The place is unique, beautiful decorative! Our room was cozy, comfortable and it had a balcony with mountain view! Michelle’s friend Greig went a way beyond to please us and provide a delicious breakfast! They have a Brazilian coffee 😋The list goes on and on! So many great things about this place! Hope to come back there someday! 🇨🇭🙌🐕

We selected Hotel Romantica for its convenient location and online reviews. Very pleased with our two night stay. The hotel is comfortable with everything you need and more. Upon checking in Thor greeted us and was most gracious! He shared recommendations and guided our stay. We felt as if we were staying at a bed & breakfast because of the friendly and welcoming service. Thank you Thor and to the entire staff for making our first visit to Zermatt most enjoyable!

Our favorite Swiss hotel

We loved this Swiss Chalet hotel in Zermatt. Thor and his wife were so helpful with everything during our stay and made us feel like family. The flowers on the property, the location and room were everything we expected from Switzerland.
