"For such a large facility it was generally clean. Quite a distance from either indoor or outdoor parking to your room especially if you are in the end of a wing Group of six had dinner at Kankakee Grill, not one meal was good, and terribly slow service, waitress admitted to having problems with kitchen. Only comment on room was it was spacious, decently clean with only exception grout in bathroom dirty.Overall experience above average but not exceptional."

"This is a great hotel. Room and hotel looked like the photos on Expedia--clean and smelled nice. Staff were all very professional, especially the gentleman who checked us in. Continental breakfast options were wonderful and location was great! I did not give it a 5 star only because there was water on the carpet in our room when we first checked in. Staff took care of it right away and apologized. We'd stay here again."
