“The WiFi signal is very weak”

“AC didn’t work in our room, called maintenance and nothing got fixed. Brown water was coming from the sink in the bathroom. All for a whopping price of over $400 for one night.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. The setting is lovely, in a wooded area off from the road and in a convenient location to all of the sites. We visited Stockbridge, Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, North Adams, Williamstown, and……
