“Really good for stay”

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“The natural beauty of this property is definitely undeniable. But the human aspect of this property leaves a lot to be desired. Staff were ok… young summer type of working crowd. The real issue was the room. We stayed in the Lake View part of the property and although these rooms were advertised as “remodeled”, they were very dirty. Mold, dust, multiple stains on the linens. It was pretty unsettling and uncomfortable. There was also an issue with the pipes where maintenance shut the water off……

“Cabin rooms and amenities were impeccable. The staff and management exceeded all expectations. Going so far as to assist with attaining my fishing license when complications arose. We enjoyed all three meals at the restaurant. Enough can not be said to over hype or exaggerate the deliciousness of every dish we tried. From breakfast to dessert every choice we made each day only drove us back again the next! I will definitely plan better and stay longer on a guaranteed return trip.”

“Here’s what we liked: If we were just reviewing BERKSHIRES UNTOLD based on the staff, we’d be giving it a 5. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and gracious. When we asked for extra towels and requested a room change, they accommodated those requests immediately. After we switched rooms they checked to see if we were happier. This is exactly the kind of service you want in a hotel or inn. Other good things - The bed was comfortable and there was enough counter space in the bathroom……

“The rooms are more than clean, average size, but the outdoor amenities are great! The coffee shop is wonderful and some nights they have live music.”
