「The WiFi signal is very weak」

「This was our second stay at the lodge and unfortunately it was not any better than the first. The line at the front desk upon arrival in the evening was long with only two employees working. 「breakfast was amazing the first morning the 2nd morning two females were hovering over the shoulder just watching what I ate felt like I was in prison. They need to let people breath. hot tub was okay the first night but really packed the next the night .」

「The location was convenient to so much of what makes the Berkshires special. We were minutes from Tanglewood, under an hour to Bash Bish Falls & MASS MOCA amongst other places to visit. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Our ice maker wasn't working & maintenance came within minutes to replace it. The units were spacious and clean but dated with some worn out features.
