「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

「Great location right near Mount Rushmore. Room was nice and clean. The only negatives were a significant amount of nails found in the gravel parking lot. Second minor annoyance is the loud air conditioner. We are use to a fan or other white noise while we sleep but the ac was a bit loud. We would book here again. We weren’t impressed by the restaurant like a number of people who have eaten there have been bit thats a different review. We would book here again.」

「We have stayed at the BML numerous times over a span of four years. We originally found the BML through Expedia and have been returning every time we are in the Berkshires. We keep returning for two simple reasons: #1- the pristine condition of the property and our individual room (and we’ve stayed in many different rooms) #2- the value - the cost to stay at the BML is very good considering for excellent condition of the property and its proximity to all that the Berkshires have to offfer」

「I am in awe of this property. The location is breathtaking, I love the entire place. The breakfast is something I am still thinking about, and I’m very sad that this was my first out of three days because breakfast did not match up anywhere else. I think it is so amazing that they let you be on the property until 5 PM because that allowed my family to take a moment and enjoy the beautiful scenery and have lunch at a picnic table up by Bighorn Lodge later in the day. 「Furniture in the room was old and dirty. My balcony was dirty and needed to be swept. Window cilla dusty and dirty. Tile grout dirty. Carpet needed to be cleaned. Kitchen lacked necessary items like a mixer, cast iron pan, non PFA cookware. We had an issue with the company they use to manage the payment for the parking. I did not get a receipt. They have no website, no phone number, no email for support and complaints. What a joke The front desk would not give me any of the parking...
