"Clean room, very comfy bed"

"This was an incredible stay! Brooklyn stands out of my mind. The only problem is we didn’t have any cash and her name wasn’t entered into the staff for us to be able to use the QR code for her tip. She is the fabulous young lady who had the breakfast ready and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Best Western has the best breakfast of any type of pre-prepared meal. There were so many choices including a frozen yogurt machine, waffles, delicious omelettes, biscuits and gravy, juices, coffee, bacon, bagels etc. etc. etc. if you’re coming through this area I definitely recommend! The bed was absolutely comfortable and we loved our stay. "

"This was the best/nicest VRBO and AirB&B that I have ever stayed in. Britt was very prompt and accurate with his replies to my questions. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped (thought I didn't use anything except a mug and the microwave). Temperature inside the apartment remained steady and comfortable from a chilly arrival day to a very hot departure day. The bathroom is spotless, furniture and furnishings are new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this host and accommodation! "

"Rooms were dark and had lights and wires hanging from the ceiling. There were gaps around the AC unit letting in cold air. The AC itself barely worked. The staff was rude and spaking very rudely about me as soon as they thought i was gone. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot. After arguing with the staff trying to get a refund I cut my losses and left after an hour. Definitely would not recommend to anyone."
