"Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. "Booked a premium room, good size with nice view and balcony out over a small park area (and car parking, but this didn't detract). Some noise from neighbouring rooms and pipework but not enough to be a real disturbance. All the staff were super pleasant and helpful. An enjoyable buffet breakfast that did feel worth the €16. Vichy itself had a really nice feel to it, lovely to walk around and enjoyed a great meal in Bouillon des Artistes restaurant, the only place we found with a veggie option, lovely atmosphere and felt fat more relaxed than the "smart" establishments around Parc des Sources"
