「We had an amazing room overlooking the square. It was very large, clean, with great amenities. The furnishings were well appointed and fun. They supplied coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, dish, soap, and toiletries. The location was perfectly located to restaurants. TASCA DOS SAPATEIROS was an amazing little restaurant on the block behind the hotel, and we would highly recommend it. The only issue we had was getting into the building with the keypad. 「The staff was outstanding. Unfortunately, we could not share in the breakfast that was made as we had to get up and get out early. However, they provided us with a tremendous breakfast to go. They were extremely helpful in regards to information about the area. Loved their terrace area. Overall, very happy with the experience. Only issue is there seems to be a bit of street noise during the night.」

「Although there is a new renovation, some electricity applicances still need to improve in maintainance. In the hotel restaurant, it seems there is lack of human resource in servicing of breakfast in the morning. BTW, I'm quite appreciate with the service of all the staff in this hotel. 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
