Guest access
You're welcome to relax on the front deck located on the second floor, with convenient parking available right out front. In the backyard, you'll find a fire pit and a volleyball court (available during the summer months). In winter, feel free to build your own snowman or snow sculpture and enjoy the snowy fun!

If you plan to use the indoor fireplace or the outdoor firepit, please bring your own certified firewood.
Lighters and fire starters are provided.
There is an exterior camera located outside in the 2nd Floor deck between units 3 and 4. It monitors the 2nd floor deck, stairwell and parking lot, it records audio and video.
There is also a temp sensor inside the unit, its only purpose it to send an alert if the temp inside the unit drops below 40 degrees.
Please note that the property is located in the North Woods, so you may occasionally see wildlife or insects. We’ve taken several preventative measures—such as bed protectors, poison bait stations, and an electrical rodent-deterrent system—but nature may still make an appearance. After all, it is the North Woods.
